Time and Materials:

Standard Hourly Rate................................$150/hour

(For all consultations, break/fix service, etc. Plus parts. One hour minimum appointment, prorated in 15 minute increments after the first hour)

The above rate applies for work performed on or offsite within the boroughs of New York, excluding Staten Island.

A fee of $60 plus return fare is added to all destinations outside the boroughs, to cover two hours travel time. Additional travel time is prorated at $30 per hour in 15 minute increments. Flat rate quotes are provided for larger jobs and subcontracted services to the construction, architectural and design fields.
